By making a booking on this website, you agree to the following:

Access & Booking Windows

• Kotak Solitaire cardholders get early access from 15 April
• General bookings open from 17 April
• Early access bookings are limited and subject to availability
• Once general access opens, all remaining inventory will be available to all users

Bookings & Payments

• All reservations must be made in advance through the platform
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• A confirmed booking secures your table for the selected date and time only

---

Cancellations & Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable
• No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances

---

Transferability

• Bookings are fully transferable
• You may transfer your reservation to another guest if you are unable to attend
• The restaurant should be informed of any name change in advance

---

Timings & Arrival

• Please arrive on time for your reservation
• Restaurants may release tables after 15 minutes of delay
• Late arrivals may not receive the full menu or dining duration

Menu & Dining Experience

• Restaurant Week India menus are fixed, curated menus
• Each guest is entitled to one selection per course
• Menu items are not interchangeable unless explicitly stated
• Any additional items ordered will be charged separately
• Images are indicative only
• Menus, dishes, ingredients, and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the restaurant’s discretion

Taxes & Billing

• Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• GST and any applicable charges will be levied by the restaurant directly
• Any consumption outside the set menu will be billed separately by the restaurant

Restaurant Policies

• Individual restaurant policies on dress code, children, and seating will apply
• Some restaurants may follow a specific dress code. Guests are advised to check in advance
• Entry may be denied if house rules are not followed
• Requests for specific seating or table preferences are subject to availability
• Restaurants are not obligated to accommodate last-minute changes

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other diners
• Restaurants reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour

Liability

• The Dining Collective and Putting Scene act as booking facilitators
• The restaurant is solely responsible for the food, service, and overall dining experience

Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including government restrictions or events beyond control, bookings may be rescheduled or adjusted at the organiser’s discretion

• Kotak Solitaire is the presenting partner of Restaurant Week India
• Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (“Kotak”) is only facilitating payment for bookings made on the platform
• Kotak does not own, operate, or control Restaurant Week India or the participating restaurants
• All offers, menus, and dining experiences are provided by the respective restaurants and organisers
• Kotak does not guarantee the quality, availability, or delivery of any services offered by participating restaurants
• Any disputes regarding bookings, food, service, or experience must be addressed directly with the restaurant or the event organiser
• Issuance of Kotak credit cards and applicable credit limits are at the sole discretion of Kotak and subject to its internal policies
• All credit card usage is governed by Kotak’s applicable terms and conditions, available on www.kotak.com
