Chef Dhruv Oberoi
Chef Dhruv Oberoi’s journey is shaped by global exploration, with experience across Singapore, Spain, and Italy, and mentorship under the Adrià brothers. His approach champions ingredient-led cooking, with clean, honest flavours and thoughtful pairings. As the Culinary Director at Olive Qutub, The Hood and The Grammar Room, he leads with a philosophy rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and expressive cooking.
Chef Abhilash Chalil
Chef Abhilash, a culinary traveller across the Middle East and India, now leads The Hood as the Head Chef. His food tells a bold story of Kerala’s Malabar cuisine.
