Chef Hussain Shahzad
After training at WGSHA Manipal and working with The Oberoi Group, Hussain Shahzad spent time at Eleven Madison Park in New York. He returned to India to join The Bombay Canteen, where he now leads multiple kitchens. His cooking focuses on local produce shaped through contemporary technique.
