Chef Aditya is a French-trained Chef who is back home after spending time in Canada. His cooking is rooted in European Techniques, with a strong focus on rootedness, balance and flavour. At Fervor, the food reflects a fine-dining approach presented in a warm, approachable way, where technique never outweighs comfort.
