Pizza No Cap is a craft-driven pizzeria built on a deep obsession with dough that is a constant work in progress. No fluff, no gimmicks. The approach is rooted in fermentation and precision and constant experimentation. At its core is a wood-fired oven built in-house, shaping a menu of long ferment pizzas that balance technical rigour with a playful, open-ended approach to toppings. The combinations are unconventional drawing from ingredients the chefs like to work with, global and regional flavours with a clear "why not" mindset.

Pizza No Cap is founded by a trio of chefs - Rahul, Vichita and Sidharth. All three of them started their careers in different industries but found their way to the kitchen. Their one common goal is to create food that is honest and full of character.
