Dappled sunlight on soft arm chairs. A white pebbled courtyard punctuated by bougainvillea. Worlds collide and time stops in this Mogul mansion turned alfresco restaurant; home to warm and casual elegance, with its beautiful white walls and a vast canopy of a Banyan tree.

Over the years, we’ve introduced the capital to a long list of innovative, culinary firsts. The menu comprises a progressive European and Mediterranean cuisine that celebrates the abundance of seasonal flora, fauna and treasures of the ocean.

Chef Dhruv Oberoi
Chef Dhruv Oberoi’s journey is shaped by exploration and global experience, with time spent in kitchens across Singapore, Spain, and Italy, along with mentorship under the Adrià brothers. His approach champions ingredient-led cooking, where flavours are kept clean, honest, and thoughtfully paired. As the Culinary Director at Olive Qutub, The Hood and The Grammar Room, he leads with a philosophy rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and expressive cooking.


Chef Pranav Sharma
Chef Pranav Sharma brings a strong classical foundation and global experience, with time at The Imperial in New Delhi and in acclaimed kitchens in Sydney. As Head Chef at Olive Qutub, his approach adds structure, refinement, and a contemporary edge to the evolving menu.
