Chef David D'Souza
Chef David D'Souza is the Head Chef at Kopitiam Lah. He has worked with the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts for 10 years and was a part of the pre-opening team of the well acclaimed Asian restaurant Wabi Sabi at the Oberoi Bengaluru. He personally enjoys Pan Asian cuisine as well as expertly crafting Sushi and Japanese delicacies.
