The menu is guided by the philosophy of umami, highlighting pristine ingredients, fermentation, smoke, and layered seasoning to create dishes that are both refined and expressive.
Chef Ruhani Singh
She trained at Les Roches International School of Global Hospitality and further refined her craft at Le Cordon Bleu London, grounding her work in classical technique with a global perspective. Formerly associated with Zuma Dubai, she has experience spanning both Asian and European culinary landscapes.
