From the many rivers that kiss this land to the people who've kept the traditions and heritage of Punjabi cooking alive, it is a celebration of simpler times, of eating together and making bread together as a community, of a vibrant culture that's inclusive, welcoming, warm and exciting.

Chef Amninder Sandhu is a multi award winner, and guardian of ancestral kitchens, preserving age-old techniques open-fire cooking techniques. Rooted in tradition she revives lost culinary wisdom, honoring heritage while reshaping India’s food narrative with integrity, sustainability, and soul.
