Hearth is a fire-forward restaurant built on memory, instinct, and respect for ingredients. Led by chefs Sabby and Dhriti, the kitchen draws on personal histories and regional influences, expressed through live-fire and slow, deliberate cooking. The experience is warm, intimate, and grounded in the idea that food carries stories — of places, people, and moments shared across the table.
