About the Experience
Bar Sama is a food forward cocktail-led space rooted in the idea of balance - between Bengaluru's old school bar culture and a more precise, contemporary approach to bars. The food programme is modern elevated Thai - it draws from traditional Thai cuisine, Chef Vichita's experiences and uses local ingredients. The dishes are bold, structured and designed to work alongside the cocktails rather than sit apart. The space moves between a more relaxed dining room and a tighter bar setting, but the intent remains the same-focussed and flavour-driven.
