Chef Garima Arora
The first Indian woman to earn a Michelin star (for her Bangkok restaurant Gaa, 2018) and now a two-star chef, Garima is internationally acclaimed for reimagining Thai cuisine with heart and heritage. A Le Cordon Bleu alumna, she has trained under Gordon Ramsay, René Redzepi (Noma), and Gaggan Anand.
